A little homesick this weekend, so I walked by SCOTT STREET by PHOEBE BRIDGERS -Stranger in the Alps (2017).

Sometimes you can find yourself thinking how funny or stupid where those feelings that you had long time ago for some people and how now they all seem to be the opposite; and seconds later you miss them again and want to call, or meet. Probably because you're spending half of your incomes in alcohol.
You both talk about meaningless thinks, ask easy questions and see how time has pass by, just to have some conversation. Until you realize that it is not there anymore and it's never going to be.
But, as Phoebe Bridgers sings, at the end you will ask the other to don't be a stranger again. Even all that was her/his fault.

At the end, I didn't call, neither I wrote.
So I'm much better now.

I open up this game - what I think will be an interesting exercise, giving my view on meanings for YOU KNOW MY NAME, by the late CHRIS CORNELL.

The song itself was co-writen by Cornell hand on hand with composer David Arnold, as the main title for the movie Casino Royale, in which we could see the first missions for James Bond as a double 0 agent. Also included in Cornell's second solo album Carry On (2007).
Strong as it is its music, lyrics are not apart. That's a song that probably should have been sung with to voices. But who where you suppose to put as a counter part for Cornell's voice perfection??
Under my understanding, we can hear someone probably older or more experienced, talking to some inexpert, impulsive, insolent and probably younger other:

- Arm yourself because no-one else here will save you...You can't deny the prize; it may never fulfill you -as giving advice on how hard life actually could be.

On what the younger insolently responds:

- The coldest blood runs through my veins, you know my name -like "shut up, I can handle everything, old dude!"

It has also been said that the older one is M, Bond's MI6 chief, and the younger one, Bond itself. The truth is that this is a great effective music with some deep s**t in its lyrics talking about life and facing failure as a most likely result of your day by day. Maybe too deep for a 007 movie, but that was Chris Cornell in its best.
I'll go back to him many times here.
