It's been 3 months of Sundays, but we finally finished this Batman shelf and got it hung up last night. This is the biggest, most challenging, and most fun project I've attempted so far. There were several cuts, metal shavings in the eye, and burnt fingers involved with this build and we don't regret any of them. It's beyond humbling and satisfying to see this monster hanging on the wall. In the end, it measures about 4.5 feet wide and 5 feet tall from point to point. I'm proud of how well this ended up looking despite having done most of the work freehand and without the use of precision tools. Thank you for following along with us on this 3 month journey. Stay tuned for more metal art!
