Make and take RAKU ceramics today!

Hawaiʻi Craftsmen Community Kiln
Saturday, May 9, 10 AM - 2 PM
Find us in front of The Arts at Marks, 1159 Nuʻuanu Ave.

During the The HEART of Honolulu Street Festival in Chinatown, the public is invited to experience the excitement of raku firing in this family friendly activity. Participants get to glaze ceramic bowls under the direction of Hawai’i Craftsmen members, see them fired using the raku process, and take their masterpiece home that day.

$15 per bowl, includes blank bowl, glaze, and raku firing. No reservation required, but supplies are limited, so come early. Allow about 2 hours from start to finish.
