If I wasn’t clear where I stand and where Kapwa stands, we stand for what is right. F%*K ICE. Now is not the time to just sit back and hope for the best. It’s time to speak out. Giving a $H** means actually doing something. See yourself in others. Have empathy, get up and speak out. My family and I are participating in the strike. I hope you consider to join as well. Don’t buy anything. No work, no school, no shopping. Kapwa could not shut down today but me and my family are doing our part.

SNAP cuts hit 161,000 people in Hawai‘i. 39% are kids.
Starting today we’re collecting food for the Hawai‘i Food Bank and giving away free Kapwa totes for everyone who donates. We also have shirts, stickers and 10% tattoo discount cards!
We’ll keep it going until the end of November (depending if this administration keeps this shutdown going).

I painted this Baybayin tattoo freehand. The last name Domantay. Every stroke was drawn with care and purpose, connecting lineage, identity, and heritage through the language of our ancestors.
