and present: HULA HOOP WORKSHOP SATURDAY, February 18TH, 2023❤️

Kartika has performed internationally with her unique style of hula hoop dance / manipulation and fire dance. Her Indonesian heritage has influenced her stylized Hula hoop flow as well as combining the western culture of cabaret and burlesque style.
We offer you two different type of level 1 hula hoop class:

Workshop 1: 2:30pm-3:30pm. Covering a series of hula hooping tricks and transition as a combo. Core hooping, hand tricks and off body hooping will be drilled during this class. Students will learn daily drill routine for their own at home practice. Adult Hula hoop is provided, or bring your own practice hoop!

Workshop 2: 3:45pm - 4:45pm. A continuation of the first workshop where you implement the tricks into Cabaret style hoop dance combo. Get down with some sassy and flirty moves while you get fit.

Aloha- please share to any your friends 🙂 Introducing my first Hula Hoop workshop in Oahu. I have been flowing with Hula Hoops for 13 years. Hoop is My muse and my lover who has brought me transformational journey as a performer. I am honored for this collaboration with . I will be teaching a lovely one for beginner hooper , level 2 for anyone tht interested to choreograph a hoop performance with the skills they already know and open to learning new tricks, level 3 advanced class for fire hoop and learning choreography hoop fire performance. Holiday is coming up and I’m calling in abundance to help me add more fund to get a car.. as you know it’s hard not to have vehicle in LA - this will help me going to gigs etc 🙂 DM if you are looking for matching pendants and earrings for your special gift to loved one- let’s create a gift to be remembered and also glass enamel last along time ! I don’t like to put filter as I appreciate the nakedness and being vulnerable in this IG. I didn’t plan to go to this spot and just happened to have some time and I am thankful for having access to this sacred spot IAO Valley. Got a good meditation in this spot - wow 🤩 when I open my eyes , I felt I was in another reality and a new me. How is your meditation practice? How is it helping you in your dailly routines?
