Present thy finest works and enter the grand contest for the 2026 Honokaʻa Renaissance Faire Flyer!

We seek a masterful creation—an image most splendid—that shall grace the official flyer of our Faire in the year 2026. ‘Tis our wish to grant all merry folk and noble friends the chance to have their artistry displayed for all to behold and admire. In these quieter months, we joyously host this endeavor and eagerly await the treasures thou shalt bring forth.

By submitting thy work, thou grantest the Honokaʻa Renaissance Faire leave to use thy art in its proclamations and materials, and to make such adjustments as may be needed. Fear not—thy creation remaineth thine own.

Mark well the date: all entries must be received by the first day of August, in the year of our Lord 2026.

Artwork must be no less than 5,400 by 7,200 pixels
Resolution of 300 DPI or greater
A wholly original creation, made for this very event

The Honokaʻa Renaissance Faire Magical Mixer!
Sunday, the 12th of April
4:30pm - 7:30pm
At the Honokaʻa Sports Complex

The Magical Mixer welcomes all goodly folk who share in the merriment and spirit of the Faire to don their finest garb and join us for a most wondrous gathering, featuring live music and delectable pupu’s.

What was once a humble and modest celebration hath, with each passing year, grown ever grander. Our devoted band of volunteers doth warmly invite the community to take part in the magic behind the making of this noble endeavor.

Pray, spread word amongst thy kin and companions! All are welcome—whether thou seekest to lend thy hand in this yearly quest, or simply desirest an evening’s revelry among fellow Faire folk.

Shouldst thou wish to play a greater role, read on and discover the callings that await. All positions come with guidance and support from our seasoned and steadfast team, as well as wisdom gathered from years past.

Open Roles:
Decor Coordinator for Camelot
Conceive and craft a realm that transports guests unto the legendary court of Camelot
Level of involvement: 2/10 Apr–Sep, 8/10 Oct–Nov

Event Coordinator
Oversee the flow of the day’s festivities and lend support to fellow coordinators
Level of involvement: 3/10 Apr–Jul, 6/10 Aug–Sep, 9/10 Oct–Nov

Fundraising Supervisor
Gather coin and support through outreach and engagement across the realm
Level of involvement: 3/10 Apr–Sep, 7/10 Sep–Nov

Marketing Coordinator
Create enticing scrolls and notices to draw travelers and highlight the wonders of the Faire
Level of involvement: 1/10 Apr–Sep, 6/10 Sep–Nov

Silent Auction Coordinator
Collect treasures, oversee the auction ledger, and manage the display at the event
Level of involvement: 1/10 Apr–Sep, 6/10 Sep–Nov
