ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Debbie Shirley 🎨

Take a closer look at Debbie Shirley’s work and you may find yourself asking, “Wait, that’s a painting?” It is! Every sign, reflection and candy wrapper is painted by hand in acrylic, with an incredible eye for detail.

We have six of Debbie’s original paintings in the gallery, each one full of nostalgia and little details to discover. I especially love her candy paintings. They’ve been so popular that she’d sold most of them, so when I told her I’d love to have a couple here, she painted two new ones just for us!

Her love of lettering, old buildings and everyday objects gives each painting a story. Come see them in person. The longer you look, the more you discover.

It was such a pleasure meeting Senator Pam Helming at our ribbon cutting! I’m grateful she took the time to celebrate the opening of The Collected Space Gallery with us and share such kind words about what I’m hoping to create here. 💜

Art should feel welcoming to everyone, and seeing our community come together for the opening meant so much to me! ♥️

It was such a pleasure to have Assemblywoman Andrea Bailey join us for our ribbon cutting! Thank you for celebrating this special day with us and for your kind words about The Collected Space Gallery. ❤️🤍💙

BACK IN THE WORKS 🎄

Our handmade Christmas card sets completely sold out last week, so I’m busy painting more for the upcoming holiday season!

Each card is individually painted by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Sold in sets of five, they’re a beautiful way to send something a little more personal and special to the people you love.

More sets will be arriving soon at The Collected Space Gallery!

✨ WHAT A MORNING! ✨

Today we officially cut the ribbon on The Collected Space Gallery, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful start to our Grand Opening Day.

We were honored to welcome, Senator Pam Helming, Assemblywoman Andrea Bailey, Richmond Town Supervisor Mike Baker, Ontario County Chamber of Commerce, Small Town News with Stan Stanley, fellow local business owners , friends, neighbors, artists, and so many members of our community.

Thank you to everyone who came through our doors this morning, brought flowers, shared kind words, explored the gallery, and helped us celebrate. Seeing people enjoying the artwork, discovering all the little things we’ve been working on, and simply spending time in the space was exactly what we hoped this gallery would become.

A huge thank you to my husband and boys for all their hard work! I couldn’t have done it without them!

And we’re not done celebrating yet!
