⛈️ LIGHTNING SAFETY AT HOMEWOOD PARKS

Our lightning detection system is a safety tool designed to protect players, coaches, officials, families, and staff.

⚡ When the siren sounds or strobe light activates:
• All activities stop immediately
• Fields/facilities are closed
• Everyone must move to an enclosed vehicle
• Do NOT shelter under dugouts, batting cages, awnings, trees, or in open areas
• Remain in your vehicle until the ALL CLEAR is given

The system detects lightning within 8 miles and will reset the countdown when additional lightning is detected.
