We're excited to have 2 NEW classes starting this week! Pilates x Strength w/ Paige* on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm ($4 - age 14+) & Ping Pong^ on Wednesdays from 5:45-6:45pm ($4 - age 8+)!
* Pilates x Strength w/ Paige is a hybrid class, combining traditional lifts using light/moderate weights with Pilates movements, for a low impact, high intensity workout. Beginner friendly & wear comfortable attire.
^ Ping Pong (Table Tennis) class is back with Yousef as our Jr. Volunteer. We have 2 tables & some equipment to use. (Our Badminton is also going at the same time)
