Sephira and I are so excited for our Cairo Cabaret Finale performer ~ Hadama!

Hadama (from her screen name and very short bio Happy dancer mom) Seshat, (the ancient Egyptian goddess of libraries), took her first bellydance class when she was 12, at the suggestion of her mom. Her first performance, with her best friend, was as a freshman in their high school variety show.

Katiana is a local dancer who dances with many local bands at
Bike Night here at the Legion and at many local benefits She Hosts 2 shows a year Beer and Belly Dance and Rockbellies, there are no covers for those shows, all proceeds are donated to a Veterans cause. She will be hosting Rockbellies November 9th at 4 pm .

I'm so excited for or next performer at our this Sunday night's Cairo Cabaret show ~ Ghouls, Witches and Dances! The beautiful and talented Elisheva!

Elisheva is a New England bellydancer who teaches classes in Hartford area, directs Troupe Bellysheva. and enjoys traveling to festivals to learn and to teach. She teaches on the Stackable Drills website, has performed with Bellydance Evolution, and performs at shows and events throughout New England.

we are so delighted to have this next dancer grace our stage again ~ Su'ad
Su'ad from CT is happy to join this 'spooktacular' event with a combo of songs to invoke the spirit of the day. She has been part of this dance since 1981, runs dance events in CT and NJ with dance partner and BFF Farasha, and is a member of Origins Folkloric Dance Company.

Joining our Cairo Show this Sunday night ~ Grace!

Grace has made her dance journey by learning with multiple international and native belly dance instructors. This time, she is performing a Modern Style baladi by Mario Kirlis, named after the famous Argentinian dancer Saida Helou, they held a great friendship and contributed tremendously to the belly dance scene in Latin America.

Joining us this Sunday night at our Cairo Hot Hot Hot summer show is Su'ad!

Su’ad (Nancy Barrett, CT) found her passion as a student of Middle Eastern dance and for >40 years as a teacher, choreographer, troupe director (Desert Moon Dancers, 1991-2021) and troupe member (Origins Folkloric Dance Company 2018-present). As part of Farasha & Su’ad Dance & Designs, she co-produces dance and workshop events in CT and NJ.
