Vivian and her husband, Dawayne Mosier moved their family to Holton 7 years ago. They quickly fell in love with the community and its people. Vivian is a trained artist, earning her Bachelors of Fine Arts from Washburn and two Masters from Emporia State University in Clinical Counseling and Art Therapy Counseling. She is looking forward to blending her knowledge of counseling and art in the art st

udio. At Art and Soul, we believe art is more than just fun and beautiful, it is a way to increase gross motor skills and development, a way to learn self-confidence, and a powerful way to communicate. We look forward to sharing this with you.
