Rilo 2023 🧡 The cat that finally turned my Dad into a fan of felines. Fun Fact: He had an art piece of a tiger at his office, and he stuck a fake name label to the bottom of that piece that said, “Rilo: A Self-Portrait.” Rilo was a Craigslist kitty bestowed upon us by a sweet woman that we met up with in a Waffle House parking lot several years ago. Originally his name was Buster, and I had gotten Rilo as a gift for my sister, Emily. She and I quickly agreed that my Dad, the at-the-time-self-described-ANTI-cat person, he needed the love that Rilo radiated. My parents made Rilo’s whole world good for several years, and we gave updates time to time to Rilo’s former human. RIP, you special orange cat.
