At The Barn on South Holland, we believe some of the most meaningful moments happen when people come together—not just to celebrate traditions, but to make a difference.

Throughout the year, we're proud to support organizations that strengthen our community and provide help where it's needed most. One of those efforts is Tomato Day, an annual gathering that celebrates Italian heritage, family, and connection. Each year, nearly 1,000 jars of tomatoes are canned, continuing a tradition that means so much to so many.

We're especially grateful that this event also supports Breast Intentions, a nonprofit helping local individuals and families facing breast cancer. A recent thank-you note from their team reminded us that when a community comes together, the impact extends far beyond a single day.

The Barn has always been about bringing people together. Knowing those connections can also help support families in need makes that purpose even more meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who helps make traditions like Tomato Day—and the spirit of giving behind them—possible.
