If you’re looking for a place to get your scare on this Halloween season check out Pandora’s House of Nightmares! 3 of my boys are there volunteering to scare… that’s one of them in the pic (proud to pass on the love of scaring 😂)

We have made the tough decision to close the trail with no intention of reopening.
There are numerous reasons behind this decision…some of which are cost, volunteers, and location.
Our small hometown community is changing…we started this project as a place for teens and adults to come and have a night full of screams and laughter…now we are worried about security.
We have dealt with people showing up using foul language and instigating fights as well as people showing up intoxicated.
The police have had to respond either due to traffic congestion or a fight reported.
We wish we had the means to take our knowledge and craftsmanship to a location that would better accommodate the volume of people we can get…
who knows…maybe one day this might happen.

Until then we want all of you to know that we have enjoyed being the go to place in October. We have enjoyed watching the trail grow in popularity. We loved hearing those screams and laughter along with the wonderful reviews from the hard work that was put in by my family and the many volunteers that helped make Hurley's Haunted Trail a success.

John and I, along with our family, friends and many volunteers want to thank all who have attended in the past.
We leave this venture with many wonderful memories.
I’m sure that our little trail in the woods will be remembered with a smile here in our community.
