High Point Market — Fall Reflections
It’s been a week since High Point Market ended, and I think I needed that time to take it all in.
Every season brings something new, but this fall’s was especially inspiring — a beautiful reminder that design isn’t just decoration, it’s expression. The textures, color stories, and artistry we experienced were unforgettable.
Italian designer chandelier at the Showroom (Levante collection) at dusk was breathtaking. Bernhardt's monochromatic tropical mural felt as timeless as a classic B&W movie and just as enchanting. I loved how designers layered natural forms, light, and motion — it all felt so alive.
There were also so many wonderful moments with the people who make this industry shine. brought her Home line to Steve Silver's Showroom. She was radiant and gracious. and his wife, , brought their own effortless elegance to their Hilfiger Homes book signing event.
Another standout was , whose talk at Verellen was both insightful and deeply inspiring. Her timely perspective on the role of storytelling and identity resonated with me in such a meaningful way.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Madeleine and Zoe from , where I fell in love with a beautiful design called “String of Pearls.” Our conversation sparked exciting ideas about possible collaborations that connect fine art and interior design in new ways.

I came away with more photos than I’d planned — but how could I resist? From unexpected design pairings to pure dance-floor joy, every scene was a reminder that art and atmosphere always find a way to play off one another.
Inspiration always finds its way home — and I can’t wait to see how these impressions shape the next collection of my fine art floral pieces.
