⚽️ Fall Youth Coed Soccer Is Underway⚽️

What a great way to kick off our fall youth coed soccer season! This weekend was filled with exciting games, big smiles, great teamwork, and plenty of fun on the field.

A huge thank you to all of our players, coaches, and volunteers for your time, energy, and support. Your dedication is what makes this program possible and helps create a fun and positive experience for our youth.

We’re looking forward to a fantastic season ahead! Keep playing hard, supporting your teammates, and most importantly have fun!⚽️❤️

¡Qué gran manera de comenzar nuestra temporada de fútbol juvenil mixto de otoño! 🎉 Este fin de semana estuvo lleno de partidos emocionantes, grandes sonrisas, trabajo en equipo y mucha diversión en la cancha.

Un enorme ¡GRACIAS a todos nuestros jugadores, entrenadores y voluntarios por su tiempo, energía y apoyo. Su dedicación es lo que hace posible este programa y ayuda a crear una experiencia divertida y positiva para nuestros jóvenes.

¡Estamos emocionados por todo lo que nos espera durante esta gran temporada! Sigan jugando con entusiasmo, apoyando a sus compañeros y, sobre todo, ¡divirtiéndose!

The Junior Giants program is about so much more than baseball and softball. It’s about community, teamwork, character, confidence, and creating positive experiences for our youth.
We are proud to offer this FREE youth baseball and softball program to the children and families of Hollister.

A huge thank you to Gateway City Church Hollister, San Benito Recology, and all of the incredible volunteers who came together to help clean up Dunne Park as part of Gateway City Church's 1st Annual Week of Giving Back.
We are grateful for community partners and volunteers who generously give their time and energy to help keep our parks clean, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. Your dedication and hard work make a lasting difference, and it does not go unnoticed.

The splash pad at McCarthy Street Park is now open and ready for everyone to enjoy!

Bring the kids, cool off, and have some fun in the sun. Thank you to everyone for your patience while we completed maintenance.

The water feature at McCarthy Street Park is closed today for maintenance. The splash pad will remain closed until further notice while repairs are being completed.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out this morning at 8:00 AM to celebrate the City of Hollister's 4th of July Kiddie Parade! Your smiles, energy, and patriotic spirit made this event a wonderful success.

A special thank you to our incredible Parks & Recreation Department staff and the Streets Department for all of your hard work behind the scenes. Your dedication and teamwork helped make this a safe, fun, and memorable event for our community.

We would also like to thank our City Council members for taking the time to join us and show their support. Your presence means so much and demonstrates your commitment to our community and its families.

We are grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, and celebrated with us. Wishing you all a safe, happy, and memorable 4th of July! 🇺🇸🎆

📍 Check-In: 8:00 AM at Hollister City Hall
🎉 Parade Begins: 8:30 AM SHARP!

Bring your patriotic spirit and show off your creativity by decorating your:
🚲 Bikes • 🚴 Trikes • 🛴 Scooters • 🛒 Wagons • 👶 Strollers • 👟 Or simply walk with us!

✨ Parade Features:
🇺🇸 Honor Guard
🎩 Betsy Ross & Uncle Sam
🚩 Cub Scouts carrying the Kiddie Parade banner
🎈 Fun for the whole family!

🍪 All youth participants will receive a FREE cookie and drink at Veterans Memorial Park following the parade.

Important Reminders:
🐾 Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash and be well-behaved.
🚫 E-bikes are not permitted.
🚲 All bikes and wheeled participants must stay within the designated parade route and travel with the flow of parade traffic.
☀️ Wear sunscreen, stay hydrated, and arrive early to allow time for check-in.
