Tea Carp has been awarded an Art Grant & Placement at unSCruz 2025: Regional Burn of Santa Cruz, CA! 🫖🎏

The Tea Carp is a mobilized art installation that seeks to provide a safe ground for persons to merry-make, fill their cups, connect, and share human experiences together. 🍵

A wooden tea house, which only leaves memories behind and is intended to bring beings together around points of interest. 🍃

Featuring a pop-up tea lounge, sound, movement, activiTEAs, and “Bring Your Own Cup” (BYOC) themed tea services. Each tea is made one cup at a time as we hold an appreciation for “slow service”. We savor time, experience, and one another; giving our guests a taste of this with their tea. Once they hand over their cup, visitors are invited to spend qualiTEA time with those around them.💕

The Tea Carp celebrated our third year at unSCruz this past weekend. 🎏

Thank you to everyone who joined us for tea service, pARTicipated in our activiTEAs, and shared your appreciation for this project and what it offers our communiTEA.✨

The qualiTEA of our teas may stay the same, yet each brew of this project continues to get richer and more potent each year. 🍃

Many thanks to our amazing Carp Crew and the production team for having the Tea Carp at unSCruz 2024: Portal—hope to see you next year to fill your cups once again. 🍵
