This group exists because:
WELLNESS EXPERTS STILL GATHER AROUND THE TABLE!

FULL OF LOVE AND CARE FOR THE FAMILY WITH KNOWLEDGE THAT KEEPS THEIR LOVED ONES WELL.

Some rise in the morning and struggle with the thought of all the daily tasks in front of them. Worry and anxiety, at low and high levels, can rob them of joy for the day, leaving them exhausted by night fall.

Believe me when we say our team understands it and that's why we're in this life together.

First thing in the morning too!

You can ease into your day with grace and taking care of yourself - guilt free.

We see you living well in life, and that's why we invite you to join us here at our table. Not everyone lIves life as wellness experts, and we need you here to shine with us, so others can see clearly how they can become wellness experts too.

You set the tone for daily wellness in your life and for your family and friends who look up to you and trust your leadership - even if you don't see yourself in that light. They do!

To clarify who this is for, here's how we define “Wellness Experts”:

To us... wellness experts include:
🔥formally trained practitioners who help significantly improve physical, mental and/or emotional health by getting to the root cause of disease & dysfunction through functional, integrative, holistic, regenerative and/or longevity modalities.
(vs. just managing & mitigating symptoms often seen in conventional western healthcare). They include:
✅️nurse practitioners
✅️emergency room doctors who have left the hospital (and their massive 🏥salary)... in order to practice functional medicine so they can help people long term (instead of just handing out pills in a profit based model).
✅️registered dieticians
✅️licensed professional counselors & health coaches who can get someone to change their behavior using integrative methods so their A1C drops and their microbiome health improves.

"Wellness experts" means making this world healthier with long term solutions. Therefore our list of experts must include
✅️ those empathetic towards their friends and family, longing and striving to see them live life to the best of their ability.
✅people willing to take time to learn the information neded to help them achieve this goal.
️✅people who are hungry and thirsty for facts from our chief science officer
️✅️people who see others suffering unnecessarily and want to help them become fully who they want to be, not who the have to be.

And we firmly believe if you have the skills to tip the scales from sickness to wellness, then you deserve to have a great income that matches your efforts.

It's NOT about how much school debt you have that earned you the extra letters after your name....

It's about your ability to change someone's life so they can have a bigger IMPACT on the people they care about most.

This is NOT about making healthcare elitist or great rich quick schemes. It's about people doing what we do best. People caring for other people while saving them thousands in out of pocket expenses at the hospital by helping break poverty thinking that's robbing people of time with those they love and care about.

When success is on your mind.
What adjustments if any have you made to your am routine lately? I like to call it, Pivoting Power.

Healthy habits like sleep routines and mindfulness meditation as we do here on Morning Moves is how intentional work gets done and effectively with minimal stress attached.

If a sleep routine or diet correction is necessary I'd suggest meeting with your P*P to get confirmation on any changes you're desiring to make. Then meet with Lindsay Akers Cmwc for coaching schedules that fit into the busi-ness of LiFe.
