Kitchen remodel for customer. He let me pick all the materials and design. We added in the 7' center island and moved the fridge which really made the kitchen! I did all the tile work and painting too. Check out the before and after. Is this a better layout? Looks like a great kitchen to cook in.

Love restoring historic properties! This is my current house.
The Knightley Straw farmhouse was my last house, also a 1750's house in Milford that I restored.
Then the before and after of a 3 family I owned in Manchester from 1920. That place had 1700sf units I renovated and also a large 3 stall barn in the back with a 2nd story loft.
