Work continues on the HEP jump course. In June, we removed the jumps that were rotted or in disrepair. On Sunday, we completed the next step, which was to fix up the jumps that were salvageable. This included placement of ground lines, replacing posts, grading rough areas of ground, and clearing brush and overhead branches. It’s not quite ready for use yet, as we still have a bit of work to do, but we are on track to have 8-9 usable jumps ready soon!

As posted on the calendar, the Park is closed for improvements this Sunday. We will have some large equipment working on the outdoor jump course. We will keep you posted on the jumps that are designated as safe for members after this weekend. Thank you for your patience.

Reminder: The Maine Barrel Racing Association is hosting races at the Park this Saturday, August 15. Gates open at 8 AM. Classes start at 10 AM.
