Windridge Fiber Farm is a small family run farm located in the rolling hills of Southwestern Wisconsin, also known as the Driftless region.We raise both white and colored sheep for their exceptional handspinning and felting fleece.

Matilda is enjoying today's sunny afternoon.
Only about 6 left to have lambs.
Next week hopefully we can get shearing in around the rain forecast.

She doesn't even have to try to look cute! Lulu"s lamb .
Last night there were 3 more babies, which is easier than the 6 yesterday afternoon. The 6 all came within an hour. I think there must have been some sort of coordination going on that they didn't let me in on.
The morning has been spent reorganizing the shed. It went from 2 Mom's in the walkway in temporary pens to 2 empty pens. It sure feels good to have an empty pen waiting. It's always a rotation in our tiny shed.
