Just a little info for first timers at our event.

You can arrive as early as 8 am

You will be able to drive to your spot to set up

You will then be directed on where to park

There will be a lot of people driving on to the diamond to set up please be respectful to those around you

We ask that you are set up and ready to go by 9:30

At 9:35 there will be a quick meeting on the infield please send a representative from your booth.

If you are given a picture to hang up in your booth for the scavenger hunt we ask you initial or stamp the kiddos sheet.

We ask that you stay until the event over at 5pm
No leaving early please.

At the end of the event please clean up your area and leave it as you found it.

We will be walking around before the event opens to the public with a 50/50 raffle for vendors and their families.

My wife and I will be walking around if you need anything just ask. We are happy to help.

They should be promoting our event on this Fridays What’s up Toledo segment on the morning show.
