Holladay Arts’ community theatre program is still in its early stages, and as we envisioned what kind of program we wanted to create, we saw an opportunity to help fill a need within our local theatre community. With the support of Umbrella Theater Company and acclaimed director Jamie Rocha Allan and technical director Lee Hollaar, we have built a mentorship component into our summer musical that gives trained, emerging theatre artists the chance to lead a production while receiving guidance and support from an experienced professional.
We are thrilled to have Emily as the first director participating in this mentorship program. Her talent, passion, and dedication make her a wonderful choice to launch this initiative, and we can’t wait to watch her take the theater world by storm!
