Hello everyone! We are extremely grateful for the amount of new followers, customers, supporters, etc we have received throughout the years 💜 With that being said D&Z Creations did want to post some updated Terms & Conditions for when you are shopping and ordering with our small business! When you purchase from D&Z Creations you agree to ALL of the T&C's listed below. ✨
*I offer personalized items, keepsakes, business merch, party decor, chocolate treats etc! A one stop shop. My heart, love, and soul goes into making each and every item. I handmade all of the items listed on my page. I am a one person business doing everything by myself. I do all of the advertising, designing, production, shipping, etc! As well as also having two small kids at home, so your patience and kindness are so greatly appreciated!*
1. All orders are FINAL! Due to the very personalized nature of my items we will not be able to cancel any orders once they've been placed!
2. As a buyer you must ensure that your shipping address is correct. D&Z Creations will not be responsible for any additional postage or shipping fees if your item gets returned to due to an incorrect, incomplete, or previous address. Please TRIPLE check that your address is correct!
3.Payments are excepted via FB messenger pay,Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App or an invoice can be sent through Square. Please note if you chose to have an invoice sent through square that additional fees and taxes will be added to total balance. When placing orders 1/2 payment non refundable deposits are required.
4. We only offer refunds or returns on damaged or defective items. Please make sure your sizing, information, etc is correct when you're placing an order! (For adult t-shirts please make sure to also let me know the type of fit you would like Men’s/Womens/Unisex. If this information is not provided upon order we default to unisex fitted shirts. Your information is directly copied from your message, so please make sure that your spelling, information, etc. is CORRECT! Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Again, we only offer refunds or returns on damaged or defective items.
5. Current turnaround times are between 1 to 2 weeks. Actual shipping delivery time is based solely on the delivery provider. Once your items has left D&Z Creations, we are no longer responsible for it and therefor you will need to contact the delivery provider for any delivery delays or issues. We try our best for fastest turn around time possible. If you need something made same day/next day or before turn around time specified a rush fee will be applied to order total. Pick up is in Holiday for local orders and address will be provided once deposit has been placed.
6. Each item on my page is completely handmade. With that in mind please remember that there may be some small imperfections on items. We provide the upmost quality of work, so this does not usually apply! We still wanted to add it in here though!
7. All items of all of our work will be posted on our different social media platforms. We may also use pictures of your items for advertising. If you do not wish to have your items shown publicly for advertising please specify that when ordering.
8. D&Z Creations works very hard to ensure that all customers have a great and pleasant buying experience. If you have any issues or are unhappy with your order please reach out to us by sending us a message or an email. We do our best to work with and please each customer!!
