From the lush plantations of Sulawesi to the fertile soils of Bali, Sumatra, Papua and Java, each chocolate bar showcases the unique characteristics of its origin, celebrating the diversity and richness of Indonesian cacao.

In our quest for excellence, we actively engage with local cocoa farmers. We collaborate closely with them to perfect the fermentation process, and introduce innovative techniques that improve the quality of the archipelago’s cocoa.

Jamu is an Indonesian 1300years old heritage herbal drink are now AVAILABLE in 3 different flavors:

Javanese Spices, Empon-empon refers to a group of root spices in Javanese tradition, like ginger, turmeric, and curcuma, commonly used in Jamu.

Ginger Sol, Wedang Jahe, a blend of Javanese ginger layered with cinnamon, decaffeinated black tea, and lemongrass. Spicy up front, smooth on the finish.

Turmeric Tang, Kunyit Asam is blend of turmeric and tamarind created a bold, citrus-like flavor with a light, clean finish.

📖 Bell Works Tenant, Scholastic, will have a pop-up table in The Square giving out books & magazines for all ages from 12-2pm!
📚 Bring your lunch to The Square for a fun, engaging read-aloud session with our friends at Scholastic from 12:30-1pm in The Square. Each child that attends will get their own Scholastic book to take home with them!
⛳ Open Play at Swing Loose Hoffman Estates Indoor Golf from 12-2pm. Play bowling, soccer, & more!
🎨 Crafts at La Vida en Color from 12-2pm for adults & kiddos! Join us to make colorful tissue paper flowers! We will also have canvas available for our small painting activity!

Beef Rendang, an iconic dish from West Sumatra, has twice been named the World’s Tastiest Dish by CNN. Its rich, caramelized beef curry, infused with spiced coconut milk and the sweetness of ripe coconut, captures the essence of Indonesia—complex, elegant, and deeply flavorful. William Wongso is a household name in Indonesia, known for his culinary expertise and the popular TV show “William Wongso’s Culinary Adventures”, as well as his recent collaboration with National Geographic and Chef Gordon Ramsay’s Uncharted West Sumatra edition.

His pursuit to master his country’s traditional cuisines began in 1972 with the opening of a bakery in downtown Jakarta, and continues today in his role as chef and gastronomic consultant. Through the years, Wongso’s persistent hunger for knowledge and skills has taken him to prestigious culinary schools around the world, including the Ecole des Arts Culinaires et de l’Hôtellerie in Lyon
