This may shock some folks because with most movies (and restaurants), my review is usually "liked it" or "loved it".

I finally saw Justice League and I have to say that I was not crazy about it.

I usually avoid super negative reviews of creator's work because I like to be creative myself and it feels like crap when your stuff gets trashed.

I don't feel quite as bad about Justice League as I think multiple people had their hand on it and no one tone came through. "Too many cooks" as it were.
It's not a Zack Snyder issue. I love Watchmen and Batman V Superman. It's not a DC thing. I loved Wonder Woman and Su***de Squad.

I think Justice League didn't deliver a tone. It definitely wasn't a Zack Snyder tone (I know he had to step back during filming due to a personal tragedy).

Wonder Woman continued to be the coolest member of the team though.

And the climactic ending just fell really flat. With a wealth of comics and animated movie source material to choose from, it just didn't get the job done. Not that there weren't some cool parts (like the scenes of the war 5000 years before the movie), but all in all it was disappointing to me.

Long story short, I'm not a big fan of the Justice League film.

Watching Iron Man tonight. I have always loved Iron Man. As a kid, he showed up as sort of a foil to Superman for me. Not an alien, no powers, just an awesome suit of armor. Another difference, I love Tony Stark. I don't usually love alter egos. Peter Parker, Clark Kent, Steve Rogers and even Bruce Wayne. None of them are cool at all. Mean while Tony just rocks.

So I will admit that the writing has suffered the last couple of days due to Mordheim: Warband Skirmish
The game is ridiculously addictive! I am way too invested in my little 8 member warband!

Read that Universal's "Dark Universe" is shelving that idea. That's too bad. I was pretty excited about that shared universe.
