Today at Stone and Stump we worked on our largest garden project since we've moved here.
We've planted peas, three types of radishes, and more.
Todays tasks were thinning radishes, weeding peas, checking on our apple trees and clearing land.
Slow progress is still progress.

The Wandering Duchess: Royal Duties”
The Duchess began her morning patrol, beak lifted high, eyes scanning the gravel drive. Some might call it pacing, but in her mind, she was surveying her royal grounds. She paused at a clump of weeds, nibbling only the most delicate tips. A good queen never takes more than her share — except when peas are involved. Then it’s every duck for herself.
