Adam Levine turned his chair and said this guy "has rock n roll in his bones." He was not wrong.

Bay Simpson grew up in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, around the studios that made the place famous. Kid Rock cut one of his songs when Bay was 20. He fronted the country rock band Outlaw Apostles, opened for Dwight Yoakam and Jamey Johnson, and turned up on season 29 of The Voice. Now he is stepping out on his own, and we get him for two sets.

He has a number one on country radio right now. He is playing a tiki bar on Hilton Head in September.

Andy Albert wrote Lainey Wilson's "Somewhere Over Laredo." He also wrote Dustin Lynch's "Thinking 'Bout You," which spent six weeks at the top and holds the record for the longest run in the Country Airplay top 10. Dan + Shay, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, and LOCASH have all cut his songs. Grammy and ACM nominated, and new to the Jam.

Roughly forty number ones. A seat in the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame. And this is his first Island Jam.

David Malloy produced and co-wrote the run of records that made Eddie Rabbitt a household name, including "I Love a Rainy Night" and "Drivin' My Life Away." He has spent four decades behind the songs other people sing. This year he plays them himself, three times, in rooms small enough to hear the stories in between.

Ryan Follese fronted the platinum pop-rock band Hot Chelle Rae and has been writing hits since. Rory Zak brings perfect pitch and a decade of stages. Together they landed somewhere between modern country and old harmony singing, and it works better than it has any right to.

"I Hope You Dance" and "Blue on Black" came out of the same pen. That still surprises people.

Tia Sillers has written more than 40 singles across country, rock, and pop, and her songs keep turning up in films and television decades after they charted. New to the Jam this year, and she is on the schedule four separate times, which tells you what we think of her.

Angie Aparo wrote Faith Hill's "Cry," a multi-platinum single that won her a Grammy. He has been part of this festival for years, and the late set at The Jazz Corner is the room where his songs land hardest. Dark, quiet, no distractions.

Tyler White appeared on seasons 3 and 4 of "Love on the Spectrum," and he is an artist, songwriter, DJ, and emcee who describes himself as a proud Aspie. He is one of the more unexpected names on the 2026 lineup and one of the ones we are most glad to have.

A South Carolina kid wrote the best-selling country single of all time. He played our very first year, and he is coming back.

Jesse Rice moved to Nashville in 2002 and co-wrote Florida Georgia Line's "Cruise," which went Diamond and stayed there. Ashley McBryde, Nelly, and Chase Rice have all recorded his songs. His Pirate Sessions albums have gone Top 5 on iTunes more than once. He was on the bill at the first Island Jam, and four years later he is back on the island.

More than 350 million streams, and she is one of the youngest writers on the 2026 lineup.

Ava Suppelsa left Berklee for Nashville at 19 and has been out-writing rooms full of veterans ever since. She co-wrote Max McNown's Double Platinum "Better Me For You (Brown Eyes)," which spent over 30 weeks on the Hot 100. Carly Pearce, Keith Urban, and Flatland Cavalry have all cut her songs. She also runs Hope On The Row, a nonprofit serving Nashville's unhoused community every week.
