This has been a big part of my nourishment plan this month… even just sitting with my bones and how they rest on Earth feels sensual, sexy and awakening. Little moments become big revelations ✨

There is so much power hidden in our Sacral energy. It’s important to realize that your sexual energy doesn’t need a partner to be released or to flow through your body. And I’m not talking about selfpleasure or getting an or**sm.. (which could be part of it but not necessarily) it’s about how your feel about yourself and in your body. How connected are you to your femininity? Do you take time to feel your source energy flow through your body.. to feel your womanhood.. If you make sure that your energy keeps moving through your body while you notice and honor how delicate and precious your female body is.. you will start to notice a shift in your perception of life in general. You will become more and more energetic and you wake up feeling passionate about the new day that arrived with new possibilities and opportunities.

When we explore deeply into our bodies and release the emotional, energetic, and physical contractions that block the free flowing of our life force, something incredible happens: our aliveness awakens.
