ted, and life is simply to short not give everything you have to all aspects of your life. Do we mean that there are not days that call for lounging and binge watching your favorite Netflix show? Absolutely not! What this does mean though, is that becoming and seizing each day comes in many different forms. Start by getting that workout in that your so strongly don’t want to do, or develop yourself in some way that betters who you are as a person. Read something, inspire someone, learn something new, teach someone a trait, become a great father or mother, lend your time to your neighbor or simply do something nice for a friend without the expectation of reciprocation. This is about getting into your flow zone, it’s about being mentally focused on achieving every goal you set for yourself, and it’s about setting yourself to the highest standard. Becoming is what we’re all about at the Carroll Wellness Center, and we just like to work out some while we’re doing it.

The official 2026 Blue Ridge Swim League Conference Shirt Store is now open!

Whether you're a swimmer, parent, grandparent, sibling, coach, or supporter, now is your chance to order your conference shirt and show your team spirit at this year's conference meet in Hillsville, Virginia!

📅 Store Closes: July 3 at 11:59 PM

⚠️ Important: Shirts are being produced based on the orders received during the store period. Extra shirts will be very limited and are not guaranteed on the day of the conference meet, so we strongly encourage everyone to place their order before the deadline.

Here's a first look at the front design for our 2026 Blue Ridge Swim League Conference shirts! 🏊‍♂️🇺🇸💙❤️

The back design is still in the works and will be revealed soon!

Conference shirts will be available for purchase through an online store link, and anyone is welcome to order one—swimmers, parents, grandparents, family members, and supporters. Shirts are completely optional, but we think they're going to be a great keepsake from this year's conference!

🛒 Once the store link goes live, orders will be accepted through July 3, 2026. Be sure to place your order before the deadline!

The Carroll Wellness Center is looking for dependable, responsible individuals to join our Aquatics Team!

We're currently hiring lifeguards and looking for team members interested in long-term employment opportunities. Whether you're looking for your first job, a flexible part-time position, or an opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience, we'd love to hear from you.
