ted, and life is simply to short not give everything you have to all aspects of your life. Do we mean that there are not days that call for lounging and binge watching your favorite Netflix show? Absolutely not! What this does mean though, is that becoming and seizing each day comes in many different forms. Start by getting that workout in that your so strongly don’t want to do, or develop yourself in some way that betters who you are as a person. Read something, inspire someone, learn something new, teach someone a trait, become a great father or mother, lend your time to your neighbor or simply do something nice for a friend without the expectation of reciprocation. This is about getting into your flow zone, it’s about being mentally focused on achieving every goal you set for yourself, and it’s about setting yourself to the highest standard. Becoming is what we’re all about at the Carroll Wellness Center, and we just like to work out some while we’re doing it.

Ready to get back into a routine, work toward your goals, and finish 2026 STRONG? Now is the perfect time to join the Carroll Wellness Center!

From August 2​6 through September 5, new members can save 15% on a 4-MONTH MEMBERSHIP covering the entire promotional period:

September • October • November • December

🏋️ 4-MONTH PROMOTIONAL RATES:
- Teen Membership — $170
- Individual Membership — $200
- Adult Couple Membership — $295
- Senior Individual Membership — $180
- Senior Couple Membership — $258
- Family Membership — $319

That’s FOUR months to build a routine, stay active, and head into the new year feeling stronger! 💪

PROMOTION DETAILS:

- Promotional membership covers September–December 2026
- Full promotional membership payment is due at sign-up
- Beginning January 2027, memberships will resume at the normal monthly rate and will be drafted on the 1st or 15th of each month

🎃👻 HELP US GIVE BACK THIS HALLOWEEN! 👻🎃

The Carroll Wellness Center (CWC) is excited to partner with the 121 Foundation to help make Halloween a little more special for local families! 🧡💜

We are proud to be a drop-off location for new or gently used Halloween costumes that will be handed out to children in our community. 🦇🕸️

🎃 Help a child have a little Halloween magic!
💜 Every costume donated can make a difference.

This special event will take place October 24th, with costumes being handed out at Cana Fire Department, beginning at 10:00 AM.

Let's come together as a community and support the 121 Foundation, honoring the legacy of Deputy Logan Utt through service, compassion, and giving back. ❤️
