Vernon Roberts, won the Maywood Men 2023 Championship.

Today was a good day!!! Last week of the Maywood Men League at Hillside Bowl!!! I was bowling for the championship of the league. My worthy opponent was out of town bowling in the National Tournament so I had to bowl against his average minus 10 pins!!! So all it would take was for me to bowl 213 in 2 of the 3 games to secure my 4th championship in the league!!! Guess what your boy shot today?!?!?!?!? 1st game - 246, 2nd game - 258!!! Championship won after those 2 games!!! What was my 3rd game score you ask????? Drum roll please..................300!!!! My second 300 ever and this season!!! So, not only did I win the league....I shot 300 with an 804 series!!! My third 800 series of my career!!!! I was shooting with my DV8 Collision drilled by my guy Kevin Sickler!!!! No video this time but I have pictures!!!!! LOL!!!!
