Don’t miss this opportunity to support Bangla Natok as “Shuchona Theatre” presents “ভুল থেকে ফুল” on Saturday June 14 (5:30pm) at New Brunswick Performing Arts Theatre as part of South Asian Theater Festival. Playwrite and direction by renowned theater/TV artist Shaju Khadem. Additionally, main characters are played by Shaju Khadem, Hridi Huq, Syed Babu and other Bangladeshi theater persona.

I’m honored and privileged to support this drama as the dance/movement director. This is a unique opportunity and I’m thankful to Zannatul Tumpa for including me and my team.

As Srishti family gathered for a casual “Friendsgiving” celebration, we shared LOVE and GRATITUDE while making props for the December 14 performance at the Bangladesh Victory Day 2024 organized by BSNJ.

To our esteemed friends and patrons, we extend our warmest regards. In consideration of the recent civil unrest in Bangladesh and its attendant effects on the populace, Srishti Academy has resolved to suspend participation in all previously scheduled cultural events until further notice. In solidarity with the just causes espoused by the students of Bangladesh, we simultaneously denounce any acts that imperil the peace and sovereignty of Bangladesh as a nation. Another vibrant and colorful production, "Nasek Nasek" (dance dance in Hajong), by Srishti Academy of Performing Arts students and teachers on the occasion of Boishakh 1431 celebration organized by BSNJ. We are immensely thankful to all community members for their continued support for Srishti. Special thanks goes to the cultural secretary of BSNJ, Fahmina Jabbar Urmi for inviting us and for her relentless work in putting together a grand event. Srishti Academy was honored to open the musical evening of Rezwana Choudhury Bannya in NJ on Nov 2018. It gives us immense pleasure to learn that Bannya di is has been named as one of the distinguished recipients of the highest civilian award of India, the "Padma Shri" award. Banny di's inclusion in the list of awardees underscores not only her personal achievements but also the global recognition of Bangladeshi talent in the realm of art and culture.
