It is with deep gratitude in my heart and excitement for what lies ahead that I share my decision to step down and retire as Executive Producer of Performance Now Theatre Company and transition into the role of Founder Emeritus. This is a decision that has been on my heart for some time, and I feel the timing is right as we celebrate our 25th year in the community. In this new role, I look forward to supporting new leadership through mentorship and offering my perspective as the company continues to evolve.
As a co-founder of PNTC, these past 25 years with this organization have been an incredible journey, and I am so thankful for the experiences, relationships, and memories we have built together. What began as just a vision has grown into something truly special, and I could not be more proud of this community we have built.
As I look to my next chapter, I am confident and enthusiastic about the future of PNTC. The company is well-positioned for continued growth, fresh ideas, and new creative energy. I am committed to supporting a smooth transition and to seeing the organization thrive in its next phase.
I encourage everyone to join me in continuing to support Performance Now with your time, talent, contributions, and attendance. The best is still ahead!
