The Arapahoe High School Toms dance team and Dance Athletics Denver have teamed up to offer kids ages 5-14 an opportunity to be a JUNIOR TOMS dancer!

• train alongside Varsity Toms dancers!
• perform at Varsity football games, in parades and at community events.
• no experience necessary!
• receive a free tshirt at tryouts!

Tryouts are on July 30 from 3:30-4:30pm at Dance Athletics Denver (333 Dad Clark Drive, Highlands Ranch).
• Tryout fee: $40/dancer (non-refundable)
• attire: comfortable athletic clothing, non-skid tennis shoes, hair pulled and secured away from face.
• final teams will be based on age groups and total number of dancers.

Rounding out our line up of experts and coaches joining us for Denver Dance Daze is Sheridan Guerin!

Sheridan Guerin trained under Lisa Slagle at Ballet Academy of Texas. She has attended American Ballet Theatre’s summer intensive in New York for four years in a row and was nominated to be their National Training Scholar for two years. In 2017, Sheridan was accepted as a Studio Company member at Oklahoma City Ballet where she had the opportunity to perform in ballets such as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and The Little Mermaid. In 2018, Sheridan went on to join Atlanta Ballet’s school under the leadership of Sharon Story. Sheridan was then hired as a Studio Company member for Colorado Ballet’s 2019/2020 Season and was promoted to Apprentice in the main Company in 2020. As an Apprentice, Sheridan had the opportunity to perform as Clara in The Nutcracker. She holds close to her heart the experience of being the first black Clara in The Nutcracker in Colorado Ballet history. She was then promoted to the Corps de Ballet in 2022.
