● Travel time between your ceremony spot, photos, and the reception

● A buffer for golden hour, because that light does not wait around

● A little extra time even with a shuttle, since getting to each spot is part of the experience

● A good timeline isn't just a schedule. It's what actually lets you be present on your day.

Venue shopping tip you'll actually use➡️It's easy to fall in love with a venue before you've asked the hard questions. Vendor flexibility is one of the big ones and every venue handles it differently!

Nothing worse than falling in love with a space and then finding out your favorite caterer isn't an option. Or that bringing in outside vendors costs extra. It happens more than you'd think.

At Indian Ridge, you're welcome to bring your own caterer which means your food, your way. No surprises!

Ask early. Plan better.
