Well, that was a hot day but we got through it. Thanks to all the great vendors that sat through the heat with us and for making this year’s show stunning with all your wares. Thanks to the volunteers from Highland Arts Council for your help and a big thank you to Zandstra's Farm and Greenhouse for providing a beautiful space for our event these past four years.

We hope everyone has cooled off and is resting. We are looking forward to next year!

We are about an hour into Handmade Highland and we’re excited to have Dan's Pierogies back!

A regions best polish food, serving potato, potato and cheddar, sweet cheese, meat (shredded beef and pork, and kraut pierogi, also smoked polish olish on a bun with optional kraut and or onion topping.

Vendor spotlight: Jessica Pignotti - Art & Needlecraft

Jessica’s work is a unique mix of fine art and craft techniques and imagery that features a playful combination of domestic artifacts and elements of nature. Framed artworks, ornaments, banners, and wearable pieces are constructed from textiles and a variety of needle craft techniques. While some pieces are similar they are each unique and individually made with a love of detail and a high level of craftsmanship.

Happy October! We are seeing some hints of Fall but that summer heat is still lingering. We wanted to give a friendly reminder that the greenhouse will feel like a summer day Saturday, all doors and vents will be open to allow air flow but we advise to dress in layers so you can be comfortable while shopping.

We are so excited for Handmade Highland this Saturday! We are bringing out the 5×5s for a ⚡️FLASH SALE!⚡️ We have over 100 pieces available and we don't want to store them. These beauties need to be seen and loved and out in the world being enjoyed. They'll be $10 each this Saturday only. Find them at the Highland Arts Council booth 9-3 inside Zandstra's Greenhouse. 100% of the proceeds go to Arts Council programming and event production.
