“If you don’t come back on Monday, you’re fired.”

That’s what they told founder Tova after she asked for a little more time on maternity leave.

Welp you guessed it .. she got fired.

Fifteen years later, Tova owns a 15-person educational theater company that runs full-scale musicals, partners with Broadway artists from Hamilton, and has waitlists 20 kids deep.

She built it from one closed door.

At Fresh Theatre Arts, we believe celebrations should feel BIG, joyful, and full of heart — and Zoe’s Bat Mitzvah was exactly that 💖🪩✨

From nonstop dancing and hilarious photo booth moments to the incredible energy on the dance floor, this night was filled with so much laughter, love, and pure fun. Our Events by FTA team loved every second of creating a celebration where everyone could show up fully themselves and celebrate together.

Mazel tov, Zoe! Thank you for letting us be part of such a special night 🎉🫶
