Through live demonstrations, group participation, and weekly tastings, participants will gain the skills and tools needed to cook at home and reduce reliance on processed foods.

April is right around the corner, and we are still looking for young girls and young ladies to register for our Tea & Truth ☕️💬 healthy hygiene sessions! ✨

Coming April 2026, we are excited to introduce Tea & Truth, a Feminine Hygiene Health Education Workshop Series designed to empower girls and young women with knowledge, confidence, and healthy self-care habits.

THIS IS A JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE, where open communication is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and every participant can feel safe, supported, and heard.

We will be offering three age-appropriate workshop series:
🌸 Growing & Glowing – for girls in 2nd–5th grade
💜 Empowered & Informed – for middle school girls
✨ Own Your Health – for high school girls through college sophomores

Each participant will receive a feminine hygiene care bag and take part in fun, interactive discussions focused on hygiene, body confidence, and overall wellness.
