GTCC Drama is holding auditions for our spring production, "The Book Club Play," on Wednesday, February 18th from 6-9pm! Auditions are open to the GTCC community and local actors. No experience or preparation is necessary, actors will read from the script.

Auditions are held in the GTCC High Point campus theatre building - H2.

Rehearsals are scheduled for weekday evenings and performance dates will be April 24-May 3.

"The Book Club Play, by Karen Zacarias, is a hit comedy about books and the people who love them-- When the members of a devoted book club become the subjects of a trendy documentary film and accept a provocative new member, their long-standing group dynamics take a hilarious turn. Sprinkled with wit, wackiness, and of course, lots of literature!

The GTCC Theatre Department will hold auditions for its fall 2025 production of Middletown, a deeply moving and funny play exploring the universe of a small American town, written by Will Eno.

Auditions are open to the Public!
Weds Sep 3rd, Thurs Sep 4th, and Fri Sep 5th from 5:30-8pm
H2 Theater Building, High Point Campus

Actors can simply show up anytime! No prep or experience necessary - Auditioners will read from the script

Rehearsals will be weeknight evenings- typically M, W, F- 6-8pm.
Show dates are Dec. 4-7.

AUDITIONS FEB 5th and 6th!! We are thrilled to announce our spring production of the hilarious farce BLACK COMEDY by Peter Shaffer. The department will be holding auditions from 6-9pm on Wednesday February 5th and Thursday February 6th in H2, the GTCC Theater Building. Auditions are OPEN to THE PUBLIC and No experience or preparation is necessary, actors will read from the script. Roles available for all ages, and British accents are a plus!! AUDITION NOTICE! GTCC Drama department is holding auditions for the fall production of JOHN PROCTOR IS THE VILLAIN on Tuesday & Wednesday September 10th & 11th from 6-9pm in the theater building (H2) on the High Point campus. No preparation or acting experience is required, actors will read from the script. Auditions are open to the public! The performance dates will be November 15-24. AUDITIONS: Attention Actors, Techies, and all Drama Lovers!

Auditions are being held for GTCC theatre's spring production of "Picasso at the Lapin Agile," a raucous comedy by the hilarious Steve Martin on Weds. Jan 24 and Thurs. Jan 25 from 6-9pm in the Blackbox theatre, H2 building on the GTCC High Point Campus. We are seeking actors of all ages and crew members to help build and run the show!

Casting is open to the public and no preparation or experience is necessary, actors will read from the script. Show dates are April 5-7 and 12-14. Weeknight/Evening rehearsal schedule.

Come on down and show us what you've got, the production team will be in attendance to chat with everyone interested in working on the show. We hope to see you there!!!
