Dear MCDC Families,
Summer has officially arrived, and we are excited to kick off another season filled with learning, growth, culture, and community!
This summer, MCDC is offering a variety of opportunities for students of all ages and experience levels:
🌺 Special Summer Classes
Join us for our seasonal programs, including Hula, Music Band, Folklórico, and more. Summer is the perfect time to explore a new interest, sharpen existing skills, and stay connected with friends in a fun and supportive environment.
🎓 New Summer Master Classes
We are thrilled to introduce special master classes led by talented instructors and guest artists. These focused workshops will provide students with unique opportunities to deepen their skills, learn new techniques, and gain valuable experience in dance, music, and cultural arts.
🏕️ Summer Camps
Our summer camps are designed to inspire creativity, build confidence, and create lasting memories. Students will enjoy hands-on activities, cultural enrichment, performances, and plenty of opportunities to learn while having fun.
💃 Supporting Our Folklórico Team on Their Journey to ANGF
One of the highlights of our summer is preparing our Folklórico team for the upcoming ANGF event. Our dancers have been working incredibly hard, and we are proud to support them as they represent our community on a larger stage. We look forward to sharing updates and celebrating their accomplishments throughout the season.
🎶 Summer Music Band
Don't forget to join our Summer Music Band on Mondays at 6:30 PM. Open to junior high students through adults and welcoming all skill levels, participants will learn pep band favorites, pop music, and classic selections. Students who enroll will receive music and have the opportunity to perform in August.
