📚🔥 BARELY DRESSED, WELL READ — READERS WANTED!

The Old Door Shop is looking for confident, charismatic adults 18 and older for a playful reading experience at our upcoming book festival!

The idea? You choose the book. You read to the crowd. You wear lingerie or underwear you feel fabulous in.

Spicy romance? Great. Politics? Absolutely. The stock market? Let’s hear it. A manual on rebuilding an engine? Honestly, that might steal the show. 😉

We welcome men and women who are comfortable wearing lingerie or underwear and entertaining an audience. A little personality, humor, and stage presence will go a long way!

Interested? Send The Old Door Shop a private message with a little about yourself, your book choice, and what you’d feel comfortable wearing. We’ll share the event details and talk through the format and boundaries with you.

An adult-focused afternoon featuring mature themes, titles, and discussions for an older audience.

Today we’re celebrating the hands, hearts, and hard work that make our community so special.

From the vendors and small businesses we’re lucky enough to work alongside, to the incredible people who help set tables, move chairs, pour drinks, sweep floors, decorate spaces, and make sure every event feels special — we appreciate you.

The Old Door Shop was built on hard work, creativity, and the belief that something beautiful can come from a whole lot of elbow grease. 🛠️✨
