We have one class at the studio this evening - Tai Chi at 6pm. Class is 45 minutes and costs $5. We are located at 408 W Main in between Bluebird Antiques and Easy Wireless.

We have one class at the studio today: Yacht Rock Yoga at 2pm! This class is designed for all mobility levels. If you cannot get down on the ground, you can use a chair and get the same benefits from class!

Yacht rock is the perfect music to listen to on a day at the pool or on the boat, so we are bringing some of those vibes into the studio while we nourish our bodies with stretches. Come out and try it! $5 per class. We are located at 408 W Main under the old Taylor Drug sign.

6:00pm Dance Aerobics (Age 16+)

I'm thinking about doing a FREE open mic night at the studio where I would likely sell snacks/drinks and you could come hang out for a couple hours. You could come and do stand up comedy, sing a song, play an acoustic song on your instrument of choice, do some kind of a dance, read a poem, or just come watch! Who would be interested in performing? Who would be interested in coming out to watch it? Let me know in the comments!
