As a small business in the Henning-Ottertail area, we love to see and support local efforts to improve our community’s offerings! The addition of basketball and pickleball courts would be fantastic in Henning!

The team from Courtside Crew that volunteered during the recent 2025 Region 11C Amateur Baseball Tournament profited $650 with their concessions work! We saw the hard work of so many and wanted to match those efforts.

Ever Green Lawns has matched that $650 and we challenge local businesses and community members to do the same — in whatever amount they feel led!

Watch for the Courtside Crew marching in the festival parade Friday night. “Chuck a Buck” at the walkers to help kick off fundraising efforts for the proposed basketball and pickleball courts at the Henning Festival Grounds by the Skatepark.

The walkers will be handing out informational cards for making donations. They will also have a “target” for you to Chuck a Buck or $20 at!

We are SO excited to see the vision of an athletic complex come to life in Henning. Thank you for your support. 🏓🏀

Hey followers of the Henning Skatepark page. We are excited to expand the scope of our page to include the newly formed “Courtside Crew”; a group of dedicated individuals looking to expand on the existing skatepark, by adding Pickleball and Basketball Courts. Back when the skatepark was just a field, the goal was to eventually create an overall activity complex to serve the Henning community and beyond. With the renovated softball and baseball fields nearing completion, the next step is to build 2 pickleball courts and a basketball court! Please watch this page for updates on these new additions. 🏀⛹️⛹️‍♀️🥒🎾🏓🏓
