Secret time: When I was young, I had a dream that I was an artist with magic powers. In my dream, I could drag my fingers across a canvas, and beautiful swirling colors would pour from my fingertips and spread in otherworldly patterns. (This is all true, by the way.)

Over the last twenty years, I kept coming back to this dream. I tried my hand at so many different styles of painting, and other creative forms of expression, but I never felt like I was truly letting my soul speak the way it did in my dreams. Until now.

I recently discovered this style of painting (though it's existed for decades), and I finally feel like I'm bringing my dreams to life. These are the colors and patterns I saw in my mind as a child.

I know this may sound like a contrived sentimental backstory to increase intrigue. I swear to you all, it is not. Don't let your dreams be dreams.
