In addition to his own endeavors and touring schedule, Chris is an award-winning music producer and is highly decorated throughout various organizations with his most recent honor being voted 2021 JMA Gospel Artist of the Year, ICMA’s 2019 Entertainer of the Year, 2020 Instrumentalist of the Year, and Producer of The Year, with his latest album 'Grateful' garnering an impressive six number one songs and multiple awards. Despite all of Chris’s success, he understands who he serves. In 2010, he was told by someone (who was undeniably heaven sent) to, “Play for the One who gave you the gift.” By doing so, he seeks to help others forget about the world for 75 minutes, worship, and take away a good dose of hope, love, and Light.
