Smartt Steps Dance Welcome to Smartt Steps! We believe that teaching children to dance is more than just teaching an art form. And feel free to email us your comments.

One of the best parts of what we do is getting to watch our dancers grow into who they are, both inside and outside the studio. 💜

Adam brings a strong background in hip hop and a passion for helping dancers develop both their skills and confidence. His classes are rooted in the fundamentals while giving dancers room to explore different styles, challenge themselves, and have fun.

Happy National Dance Day from our Smartt Steps dance family. 💜

We were looking through our recital photos this week and remembering all the moments that came with that weekend. The rehearsals, the excitement backstage, and the feeling of seeing months of work come together on stage.

Look at them now. This is what dance gives our kids. Confidence they didn't know they had, and a room full of people who love them cheering when they find it.

Spirit Week is next week, and we're already excited.

Monday through Thursday, September 21-24, each day has a different theme. Screenshot this, put it on the fridge, and let your dancer start planning. (We've seen some very serious planning in past years.)

One note from us: all spirit wear should be class-appropriate and allow dancers to move freely. If your dancer would rather come in their usual leotard, that's perfect too. Every dancer is welcome exactly as they are.

We can't wait to see what they come up with. 🥳
