Hendersonville Performing Arts Company Hendersonville and Sumner County’s non-profit community theater! Serving the Middle Tennessee area for over 30 years!

Hendersonville Performing Arts Company (formerly Steeple Players Theatre) is a teaching theatre that provides an environment where children and adults are encouraged to develop their skills and talents in theatre production. Volunteers do all the work of the organization. HPAC supports its operating budget with revenue from productions, sponsorships and donations. Now that the curtain has closed on Merrily We Roll Along, we’re filled with gratitude and reflection. 🎵💚

This show reminds us how friendship, dreams, and the choices we make shape our lives. Telling this story night after night has been a gift, and watching it unfold in reverse made us all reflect a little more deeply.

To our cast, crew, musicians, and volunteers: thank you for your heart, honesty, and dedication. And to our audiences, thank you for taking this journey with us and supporting live theater!

Because we want to make this event bigger and bring more voices to the stage, we’re officially opening auditions to everyone, and extending the deadline to June 17th at 11:59 PM!

Join us on Saturday, July 18th for a night of Old vs. New Musical Theater 🎶 featuring songs from pre-1990 vs. post-1990 musicals.

Whether you love the golden age classics or today’s Broadway hits, there’s a place for you in this show!
