☕ Happy International Coffee Day!

If you know me, you know I LOVE my coffee. ❤️☕

Whether it’s starting my morning, heading into a busy day of helping clients, or sitting down for a good conversation, there’s a pretty good chance there’s a cup of coffee nearby.

So today I want to hear from my fellow coffee lovers:

What’s your go-to coffee order? ☕👇

Because sometimes the best conversations — about life, homes, or anything else — start over a great cup of coffee.

☕ Cheers from Vision Home Mortgage!

🏡 MORTGAGE MYTH: You need 20% down to buy a home.

Think you have to save 20% before you can even consider buying a home? That’s a common misconception.

Depending on the loan program and your qualifications, there may be options available with a much lower down payment.

The important part is knowing what your options are before ruling yourself out.

💙 At Vision Home Mortgage, we believe education is the first step toward confident homeownership.

📲 Thinking about buying? Reach out and let’s talk about what may be possible for you.

The Deaf Community and Vision Home Mortgage !

As some of you may know one of our owners, Angee M. P***a was appointed last year as Commissioner for The Deaf and hard of hearing and Speech impaired. Her passion and drive for the deaf community stems directly from her three deaf grandchildren and learning the needs for the undeserved deaf community.

Take a listen to her exciting news!

There’s something truly powerful about coming together in culture, tradition, and community 🤍

This past weekend at the Final Gathering Pow Wow in New Mexico was a beautiful reminder of the strength, resilience, and spirit that continues to guide us forward. Through every drumbeat, every dance, and every shared moment, we honor where we come from and uplift where we’re going.

We’re proud to share that our company Vision Home Mortgage is approved to offer HUD 184 loans—designed specifically to help Native American and Alaska Native families achieve homeownership. This program provides flexible underwriting, low down payment options, and strong support to make owning a home more accessible. It’s more than just a loan—it’s about creating stability, preserving heritage, and building a future for generations to come.

Grateful to witness and be part of such a meaningful experience.

Building a successful business with a partner does not happen by accident. It takes grit, trust, and the courage to compromise without sacrificing your integrity or your vision.
For the past 26 years, we have been women owners in the mortgage industry — a space that has long been dominated by men. We didn’t wait for permission to belong; we earned our place. We built a company that stands not because it’s easy, but because we were willing to do the hard work, have the tough conversations, and show up for each other when it mattered most.
This partnership is not about always agreeing. It’s about standing side by side, respecting each other’s strengths, and refusing to let ego or ego‑driven conflict derail what we’ve created together. We’ve learned that true success isn’t just in the numbers — it’s in the way we show up, support each other, and lead with both heart and purpose.
Ownership isn’t just about titles; it’s about responsibility, resilience, and the bold choice to keep building something that lasts. And honestly? That is one of the most exciting, humbling, and powerful experiences of my life.
