What Seedling Theater Company offers the youth in the Las Vegas/Henderson area is something not commonly found these days—a place dedicated to helping kids find their voice, build confidence, develop the communication skills that modern technology increasingly inhibits, and discover, through the performing arts, endless opportunities for self expression. We believe that every time a child gets up
on stage in front of an audience, it’s an act of bravery. We want to nurture the courage inside each child by providing classes that are specifically designed to educate and train, and, as soon as they are ready, to get those kids up on the stage as often as possible. We can do this by providing a performance stage on-site, and by offering afterschool classes in acting, vocal performance, dance, musical theater, set and costume design, theater tech, and more. By employing teachers who not only know their craft but also have a love for working with children and teens, we are setting the stage for the little successes that will add up to a lifetime of character growth.
