Happy Anniversary to my husband, Michael Godard ! ❤️🥂

Today we celebrate 8 years married & 10 incredible years together, so I thought it was the perfect day to highlight two of my favorite Michael Godard sculptures — “No Refunds” and “Signs of Love.” 🍓🫒❤️

Because after 10 years together… the signs are pretty clear & apparently there are NO REFUNDS! 😂

Life with this man has been one amazing adventure. We’ve grown together, laughed a LOT, weathered the hard stuff, celebrated the beautiful stuff, & somehow I love him even more today than when we said “I do.”

I’m incredibly proud of the artist he is, but even more grateful for the husband & man behind the art.

So saddened today to hear of Peter Max’s passing. This photo of Michael & Peter feels especially precious now. ❤️

Peter brought so much color and imagination into the world, leaving a legacy that will live on through his art & the countless people it touched.

Sending love & prayers to his family & everyone who loved him. Rest peacefully, Peter. Thank you for making the world a little more colorful. 🎨🕊️

For those who may not know why St. Jude holds such a special place in Michael’s heart, this cause is deeply personal.

In 2005, Michael heard the words no parent should ever have to hear. His beautiful 15-year-old daughter, Paige, was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, an aggressive form of pediatric brain cancer. After an incredibly courageous fight, Paige passed away at just 16 years old.

Losing Paige changed Michael forever. But somehow, through unimaginable grief, he found a way to turn that pain into purpose. Over the years, he has used his art, his platform and his success to help raise money and awareness for children fighting cancer and the families walking a road he knows all too well.

That’s why being the presenting sponsor of Viva St. Jude isn’t simply having our name attached to an event. It’s personal. It’s Paige. It’s honoring her life by helping give other children a chance at theirs. ❤️

One of the things I admire most about Michael is that behind the crazy olives, martinis, success and laughter is a man who never forgot where his heart belongs. He has taken one of the greatest losses imaginable and continued to turn it into something that can help others.

And that is something I will forever be proud to stand beside him for.

As many Parkwest collectors are aware many of the events are held at the beautiful, luxurious Ritz Carlton hotels. At The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage an extraordinary moment unfolded when a tiny hummingbird picked an unexpected place to build its nest-right on a door handle.
Rather than move it, the hotel chose a different path: they closed off the entire entrance and redirected guests to another door, putting the bird's safety above convenience.
The story quickly spread, capturing attention as a rare example of a luxury brand choosing compassion and respect for nature, even at the cost of disrupting daily operations.
A billion-dollar hotel... paused by a creature small enough to fit in your hand. Love, love, love. ♥️😊
